Sales Pulse proactively measures its own ROI, so you can directly see the impact of your Sales Pulse investment. Sales will only be counted towards these metrics if a note has been left against the customer record in Sales Pulse. This is to ensure the reports accuracy.

See the number of lost sales saved by reps using sales pulse, up sold recommendations and their total combined value, and chart the total lost sales and recommendations sold cumulatively over time and benchmark this against the subscription fee over the course of one year.
