In this demo, we look at lead management in Sales Pulse.
Sales Pulse analyses customer purchase patterns to predict their buying cycles and categorise leads.
It places leads into three buckets:
Reminders for customers who are due for their usual order,
Win Backs for those who haven't ordered in over double their cycle time
Upsells for customers approaching their next order date.
This helps sales reps prioritise who to contact and when, to maximize sales opportunities.
